AROUND 50 dogs and their owners joined the Woof Walk in aid of Guide Dogs on July 29 – raising much more than expected for the charity.

The sponsored walk, which started and finished at Just For Pets at Imperial Park, Hartcliffe, collected more than £1,100.

Spokesman Daniel Whitton said: “The day was absolutely fantastic – our total is way above the expectations we had pre-event day!”
