Farrah’s Dance Workout offers kids affordable exercise under lockdown
The online classes stream via Facebook Live throughout the week

South-Bristol-based Farrah Fortnam is turning to online delivery to help keep children entertained and on the move throughout lockdown.
Farrah’s Dance Workout has moved from physical classes to Facebook Live streaming to allow families to continue a fun form of exercise, even when they can’t leave the house.
Energy levels and approaches vary, from Raving Kids at Home, which allows kids ‘exercise, go bonkers and burn off excess energy’ while wearing their favourite rave, party or festival wear, to Bollywood Breathe at Home, a relaxing meditation and yoga session for the whole family.
The classes are also pay-as-you-feel, so that they are accessible to all families, regardless of budget. Farrah says: “I’m only taking donations for all my classes in these difficult times. People can pay whatever they can afford, and if not, that’s fine too.”
Class times are as follows:
- Raving Kids Everyday, every weekday, 12-12.30pm
- Bollywood Fit at Home, every Monday, 6-7pm
- Raving Kids at Home, every Wednesday 4-5pm
- Bollywood Breathe at Home, Fridays 8.15-9am
Information about all classes is available on Farrah’s Facebook page, Farrah’s Dance Workout.
